The Arbitration Court of the Krasnoyarsk Territory granted the petition filed by Sberbank in December 2024. The credit institution asked the court to terminate the insolvency proceedings of the Mlada company. The lawsuit itself went to court in November last year. The bank demanded about 145.4 million rubles from the organization in it.

The company, which appeared in Krasnoyarsk nine years ago, specializes in the production of milk and dairy products. Her only beneficiary is Albina Menshchikova. The company operates under the trademarks "Mlada" and "Molola". Some time ago, the organization faced financial difficulties, which has already led to several attempts to declare it insolvent.

For example, in August 2024, an application for bankruptcy of an enterprise filed by Sibir (CJSC) was submitted to arbitration. In September, the applicant received a court's refusal to accept this claim (case no. A33-24082/2024).

Later, several other firms tried to join the process. Eurosib-Trade and Autotrade-Siberia demanded that the defendant pay off the debt of 1 million and 2.3 million rubles, respectively. The issue of including their claims in the register of creditors is still open. The next hearing on this issue is scheduled for March 21, 2025.

The financial performance of the company indicates a significant decrease in its economic stability. By the end of 2023, its revenue amounted to 1.5 billion. This is 45% less than the amount of the previous period. The company suffered losses of 68 million rubles.

The reasons why Sberbank refused its demands are not disclosed in the case file. However, experts suggest that the bank could have reached an agreement with the company on debt restructuring or received other guarantees for fulfilling its obligations. This may also indicate that the company has opportunities to overcome the crisis without bankruptcy proceedings.

The situation with the "Young" remains uncertain. Despite the rejection of the lawsuit by the largest creditor, other claims against the company remain in court, and the future fate of the company will depend on the outcome of the litigation and the company's ability to stabilize its operations.
