The court of the capital recognized the insolvency of IS Petroleum LLC, part of the Goldman Group agricultural holding. Bankruptcy proceedings have been opened against the organization.
The plaintiff in the IS Petroleum case was Sberbank, which declared its claims in the amount of 614.4 million rubles. In addition to Sber, the company's creditors include Rosagroleasing, JSC Krasnoyarsk Oil Products, LLC Region Finance, Sovcombank Factoring, PJSC Krasnoyarsk Energosbyt and Ufaoil.
IS Petroleum is already the fifth subsidiary of the Goldman Group, which the court declared bankrupt. Previously, LLC Atamanovskoye KHPP, LLC Unigroelita, LLC TD Myasnichy were declared insolvent. In addition, Goldman Group Management Company itself has been declared insolvent.
Other companies belonging to the agroholding are under supervision in the Goldman Group bankruptcy cases. On February 10, the arbitration court will continue to consider the report of the interim manager of First Procurement Company LLC.
A restructuring procedure has been launched for the beneficiary of Goldman Group. Roman Goldman was arrested in absentia at the beginning of last year and is on the international wanted list. He is under investigation in two criminal cases of fraud.
