On November 12, 2024, the Voronezh Arbitration Court issued a resolute decision on the bankruptcy case of the Sintorg 2010 company. The company is one of the legal entities of the Syntorg trading network. Andrey Sevostyanov, representing the association "Euro-Siberian Self-Regulatory Organization of Arbitration Managers", was approved for the role of bankruptcy trustee in the case (No. A14-15621/2023).

The initiator of the bankruptcy of the company last autumn was the tax authorities. The main debt of the organization to the Federal Tax Service amounted to 3,046,627.2 rubles. But the court refused to accept this claim. However, while it was being considered, Alfa-Bank applied to arbitration with its application, the amount of which amounted to 74 million rubles. As a result, the document was accepted for production.

Earlier this year, the court responded positively to a petition filed by private businessman Andrei Sidorov. The arbitration approved his succession, replacing the bank with an individual entrepreneur. At the same time, the plaintiff's claims against the debtor amounted to 50.9 million rubles.

In March, the company was under surveillance. Alfa-Bank's claims (22.97 million) were included in the third line of creditor claims. In the middle of the year, the organization's debts to the Federal Tax Service (3.16 million) and Sovcombank Factoring (110 million) were also included there. At the end of the summer, Sberbank joined the process, demanding that the defendant fulfill financial obligations in the amount of 405.2 million.

According to data from open sources, the Sintorg 2010 company appeared in the Voronezh region in June 2009. The company was engaged in retail trade in stores with no specialization. The main owners of the company were its ex-head Arkady Glaziers and four other partners, each of whom owned a 20% stake. According to the reports for 2022, the company's profit amounted to 293 thousand rubles with revenue of 260 million.

According to Kommersant, the owners of the company own more than a dozen companies, some of which are in bankruptcy. Bankruptcy proceedings have been initiated against several of them (Sintorg, Sintez and Sintez-N). Sintorg 2017 is undergoing debt restructuring, and Sintorg 2019 is under supervision.
